In 2006 Steven accepted a partnership offer with The Haunn Group because of its unique approach to planning specifically with entrepreneurs and their families. With the addition of Steven, the Haunn Group has continued to grow within the GTA as well into new markets within Northern and North Eastern Ontario.

Steven attended the Queen's University School of Business and received his Bachelor of Commerce with Honours. Following graduation, Steven started a business in the financial services industry in Ottawa where he had great success and completed his Certified Financial Planning Designation while qualifying as a Million Dollar Roundtable member.

In 2009, Steven was the recipient of a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute and is currently a board member of the Family Firm Institute Toronto Chapter. Steven has been a guest instructor at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and Queen’s University.

He is also a member of Toronto Estate Planners Council, Advocis Toronto, was named an Executive Council Member of the Toronto Queen’s Business Club and belongs to Toronto’s Mastermind Group.
