The Discovery Meeting

This meeting allows us to gain a clear understanding of your ‘core values', along with your Dangers (things that scare you), Opportunities (things that excite you) and your Strengths (things that you are good at) [DOS]. By understanding your DOS, we know here and how to create value. The typical client response is “I've never been asked these things before and I've never thought of these things before.”

The Disclosure Process

We gain an understanding of your current situation and where you are on the road map before we move forward to identify the destination and the gaps along the way. We centralize, categorize, tab and summarize to gain clarity and simplicity.

The Vision Profile

The Vision Profile documents the clients dreams and objectives into clearly defined summarized goals. Goals are just dreams with deadlines.

Critical Analysis

The analysis of what you have, against what it will get, versus what you want. In other words, the hard data is modeled out to identify what if any gaps you may have from a planning perspective. How close are you to the target or destination.

The Strategic Blueprint

A professionally documented report driven by your Dangers, Opportunities, Strengths, Goals, Vision and Values that provides a sense of clarity on your exact situation, ‘Am I headed in the right direction, what progress have I made to date, what gaps need to be addressed?

The Game Plan

A process of prioritizing and implementing the solutions (strategies, tactics and tools) needed for you to close the planning gaps and move you towards achieving your goals. This needs to be done in conjunction with your other advisors. Sometimes we just plant the seeds for future growth and maturation.

The Progress Report

A well-implemented plan needs to be managed on an on going basis. We measure the progress made towards the goals you set, and what if any new gaps have arisen during The Game Plan. Needs change, priorities change, health, tax laws change, goals and values, etc. The Progress Report process is not a one-time event. It requires ongoing refinements that reflect the natural changes in the wealth holders ultimate intent for their tangible and intangible assets.
